VENDORS: As an Arts & Culture Festival - I am looking for vendors who are artists and creators in the following mediums: Ceramics, Digital Media, Drawing, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, Metal, Mixed Media, Painting, Photography, Printmaking, Sculpture, Upcycled Art, Wood, and Textiles. At least 80% of your booth products must be handmade or hand altered by you. No direct marketing or re-sale booths allowed.
DIRECTIONS / PARKING: Hosted in the beautiful Pioneer Park in downtown Prineville, which is on the corner of 3rd Street and NE Elm Streets. There is street parking for blocks in every direction. Please be courteous of personal driveways and keep business parking lots open for their customers.
FOOD & BEVERAGES: There will be food on site and the festival is within short walking distance of Tastee Treat, Yo Central, the Sandwich Factory, Subway and many other restaurants. You are welcome to bring a picnic lunch with you. No alcohol is allowed.
DOGS: As much as we all love our furry friends, we encourage you to leave your non-service animals at home. Dogs that do attend must be leashed at all times and not cause any issues or they will be asked to be removed.
ATMS: There are no ATM's on site, but nearby are ATM's at the 7-11, US Bank and Chase Bank nearby on 3rd street. Many vendors accept credit and debit cards.
WEATHER: This is a rain or shine event! Please be prepared with water, sunscreen, and other needed items in case the weather is hot and sunny! The park offers many shaded areas and we do have seating distributed around the area.
WHO PRODUCES THE CREATORS AND CULTURE FESTIVAL: This great new festival is produced by One Decision Management LLC, owned by local resident Brandi (Hereford) Ebner. Her event production background includes fairs, festivals, parades, expos, conventions, conferences, fundraising banquets, auctions, and more! One Decision Management LLC is a local owned event and association management company. Brandi's goal is to make the Creators and Culture Festival one of the premier community events in the region.
