About ODM & Brandi...

Brandi (Hereford) Ebner, IOM

Events have been in my blood since I was a child.  I started stamping hands at events with my mom when I was only 6 years old.  I spent my childhood and teen years at the Crook County Fairgrounds parking cars, taking admission money, selling tickets to events, managing merchandise stands, organizing livestock shows, and handling participant registration.  When I wasn't at the fairgrounds, I could be found coordinating our FFA banquet, managing the volleyball teams schedule and statistics, or helping with the myriad of high school events that teens love to attend, but very few want to coordinate!

After high school I ended up in Albany at Linn Benton Community College where I was the Coordinator for the Student Ambassadors (organizing all of student events and orientation programs) and leading the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society as local and regional President.  I was dual-enrolled at Oregon State University, majoring in Agriculture with minors in Ag-Business, Communications, and Animal Science.

During my college years I was employed as the Exhibit and Event Coordinator at the Benton County Fairgrounds and freelanced as an event assistant.  After college I was fortunate to be hired as the Executive Assistant of the Prineville-Crook County Chamber of Commerce, where I quickly became the Executive Director and was there from 2007-2009.  The economic downturn forced my family to move back to the Willamette Valley and I found myself as the Membership and Events Director of the Wilsonville Chamber of Commerce.  While there, I held every job title and resigned as their CEO in 2015 to pursue my own event and association management company.

Since 2015, I have owned One Decision Management, LLC and 1Decision Events.  My clients and employers have included Deschutes County Expo Center, the St. Charles Foundation, the Oregon Horse Council, the Oregon Equine Foundation, Lutheran Community Services, the Crook County Foundation, and the NW Horse Source.  Some of my most recognizable events include: the Deschutes County Fair & Rodeo, the St. Charles Foundation Hospice Tree/Quilt Auction, June Bug Run, Paddy Pint Run 5k/10k, Wilsonville Kiwanis Kids Fun Run, Picnic in the Park concert series, High Desert Horse Expo, Prineville Western Days, Prineville Street Fair, and Benton County Holiday Bazaar.

In my 20 years coordinating events, I have had the privilege to be involved with some of the top event producers, venues, service providers, entertainers, vendors, and events across Oregon!  I have the experience, network, and testimonies to assure you that I would be an asset to your event or association.  Call me anytime to discuss opportunities.
