Prineville Western Days - Frequently Asked Questions

EVENT DATES/HOURS

The Prineville Western Days festival is always held during the weekend of the Crooked River Roundup PRCA Rodeo.  The 2025 festival will be Friday, June 27 from 12-6 pm and Saturday, June 28 from 9 am-5 pm.

VENDORS

I accept a variety of vendors, but prefer handmade, art, western decor, etc.  Please check out the vendor page for the application and our most current list of scheduled vendors.

DIRECTIONS / PARKING

The Western Days Festival is in downtown Prineville in Pioneer Park, which is on 3rd Street and NE Elm Street.  The festival is at the end of the Crooked River Roundup Parade Route (which begin on the west end of 3rd Street at 10 am on Saturday).  Parking can be found in residential streets all around the park.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

There will be food on site and the festival is within short walking distance of Tastee Treat, Cuppa Yo, the Sandwich Factory, Subway and many other restaurants. No alcohol is allowed in the park.

DOGS

As much as we all love our furry friends, we encourage you to leave your non-service animals at home as the event gets very crowded.

ATMS

There are no ATM's on site, but nearby are ATM's at the 7-11, US Bank and Chase Bank nearby on 3rd street.  Most vendors accept credit and debit cards.

WEATHER

This is a rain or shine event!  Please be prepared with water, sunscreen, and other needed items in case the weather is hot and sunny!  The park offers many shaded areas and we do have seating in the shade behind the stage and under the trees by the old cabin.

WHO PRODUCES THE WESTERN DAYS FESTIVAL

In April 2017, One Decision Management LLC, owned by local resident Brandi (Hereford) Ebner, took the event over.  Brandi is the former Executive Director of the Crook County Foundation, Prineville-Crook County Chamber of Commerce, and the Wilsonville Chamber of Commence.  In addition to that resume, her event production background includes fairs, festivals, parades, expos, conventions, conferences, fundraising banquets, auctions, and more!

One Decision Management LLC is a local owned event and association management company.  Brandi's goal has always been to grow the Western Days Festival into one of the premier community events in the region, while enhancing the Crooked River Roundup Rodeo weekend experience and attracting new visitors to the community.
